Awrosoft applies SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), so once you have started a project with us, the next steps are quite simple.



Defining the project scope

Upon the submission of the Request for Quote, Awrosoft assigns a team to gather and analyze the requirements and create vision/scope documents. The team prepares functional specifications, design, detailed plans for sprints/iterations and delivery, as well as cost estimates.

Development

The development process starts off with creating Technical Design Documents (TDD), Project Plans and Test Plans. Awrosoft builds a software prototype to simulate the future application and receive feedback from the customer. When all the features are implemented and integrated according to the requirements, the team performs development testing and comes up with a user guide.

Stabilization

In this stage, the solution undergoes a full cycle of testing with bug fixing to ensure that software is running like clockwork.

Delivery Models

Being an innovative and flexible company we strive to provide our customers with the flexibility of choosing the appropriate custom software development partnership model to best suit their needs. We offer the following custom software development models:


Offshore model

All project development, starting with envisioning through to the delivery and support stage, is done on Awrosoft's premises. Customers are kept fully aware of each project stage; material results are provided to clients regularly on a pre-arranged basis.



Onsite model

The project is carried out on the customer's site. Awrosft is able to bring highly qualified staff with strong programming skills to your location. Awrosoft takes into consideration customer's requirements regarding the personnel and shortlists a few suitable candidates for the interview.



Combined onsite/offsite mode

The onsite team located at the customer's premises directly interacts with Awrosoft offshore development team. The onsite team is able to address and attend to critical items and integration issues which need immediate attention, while Awrosoft dedicated offshore team will work on system development.

This model maximizes utilization of time and resources by providing the customer with 24-hour development time and reducing production costs through the utilization of our own offshore facilities. This model is recommended for middle- sized and large projects which are subject to change and need immediate attention from our team.

Business models


1. Fixed Price

Awrosoft provides customers with a Project Quotation that describes the project scope and schedule in detail. The payment schedule for a Fixed Price/Fixed Date agreement depends on project milestones and duration. This model is recommended for middle-size projects, where the scope of the project is defined and timelines are aggressive.


2. Time and Material

In this case the "full time equivalent" scheme is applied, which means that the customer is charged at a daily rate for each employee dedicated to the customer's project. All invoices for this type of contract are accompanied by project reports. This model is recommended for middle-size and large projects which are dynamic and have fluidity. It provides the customer with maximum control over deliverables and the team which works on the project. For payment, a "full time equivalent" scheme is applied which means that an hourly rate is charged for each employee dedicated to the project. All invoices for this type of contract are accompanied by project reports.
